Small Volume Parenterals

Small Volume Parenterals are the containers from 0.4ml to 60 ml volume. These are manufactured by FFS (Form-Fill-Seal Technology). i.e. formed by vacuum filled and sealed in one cycle.

These are typically used for applications such as WFI (Water for injection), ear drops, nose Drops and so on.

The LVPs are sterlised at a temperature of 107 - 121 degree celcius depending on the polymer used.
